Please confirm (preferably at least 1 week) in advance of attendance by contacting your respective rally convenor.
Some resorts require attendance lists to be faxed to them beforehand for purposes of entrance control,
and provision of a group discount. There may also be last-minute unpublished changes to venue or date,
and you will need this information to avoid travel to a wrong destination.
Northvaal members must bring cash for settlement of campsite fees.
